I always felt like there was a wall between where I was and where I believed I was capable of.

Fuck, it's a frustrating place to be isn't it?

I signed up for course after course.  I paid for business coaches, spiritual coaches, life coaches, weight loss coaches ... all of it.

Through it all, there was ONE thing I realized:

~ no matter WHAT the goal is ... our own innermost thoughts are the key to unlock our transformation, our potential, our personal power ~

When I finally realized what I was missing (and got up off my ass and actually DID the damn thing, my life changed.

- I made more money
- I had better ideas
- I became more connected to my intuition
- I stopped procrastinating and said "fuck yes" a whole lot more than "Uhhhhhhmmm let me overthink the fuck out of that first"
- I lost weight (this one is the biggest shocker)
- I became more in control of my life, my energy, my boundaries, my emotions
- I moved the wall that was blocking me so that I could see my own limitless potential


And in 2023 ... I'm helping you realize yours too.

This is my power project:

• BTS (behind the scenes) on all that I'm moving through to up-level my mindset, my life, my business, my everything
• mindset practices, business stuff, random thoughts and whatever else I wanna throw in 
• every day we journal but meditations and connecting to spirit is optional (and fucking cool, by the way - I recently took a mediumship course and uhhhhh I am AWESOME at it!)
• a private facebook group where everything goes ... I'll post daily, go live sometimes, share inspiration, prompts and epiphanies ... whatever and whenever I feel like it and I welcome you to do the same!
